Turns out, my problem was the main wiring harness and the ignition control module. Luckily it was all covered under the warranty.

If i had to take a stab at i i would say your MAF is on the way out or is completley shot... Before you replace it... Take it out get a cotton swab dip it in rubbing alcohol and clean that wire that reads the air/fuel mixture. This could save you alot of money if thats the case the price of labor to replace and the part since its a dealer part... good luck.. pm if you have any questions ill send you a link conataining steps and pictures of what exactly to do

Have you cleaned it out and then use VAGCOM to realign the throttle body as this may be all it needs.

take the intake pipe off and spray some WD40 up there and open and shut the butterfly valve a few times this will help free it up as my valve was not opening correctly your then need to get someone with VAGCOM or other software to realign the throttle body as I bet it not been done in years, my car runs as sweet as a Nut and responds well now and my slight detonation issue has gone to.


Oh and it only 4 studs to get the thing off if you have too.
