Exactly, thats an eliminator GT28RS, with the correct software you would be running around 250-300whp.
With a chiped k03 you would still get beat by tuned honda's probably only putting down around 150whp.

if you only want 200whp get a k04. if you want more (trust me you will) than get the gtrs elim. good for almost 300whp. i think arif got 294whp out of his gt2x elim kit.
you'll probly get tired of the k04 pretty quick (i am) spend a few extra bucks and get the gtrs elim. 200whp is not all that great, especially in a 3500lb car.
and you wont feel 8psi out of a k03 kick in at any rpm. even if you could feel the 8psi, your already at full boost by the time your foot hits the floor so you wont ever feel it "kick in"

The gt2x is only making about 240-250fwhp and about 300tq, take out a few more hp/tq for quattro. All while giving stock or better spool.

dang, 3,300,000 for a turbo kit with tuning and everything, i'm not looking to throw that much money into my audi, even though it seems nice and everything. i have plans for another car. i'd be happy with 200whp. should i upgrade my k03 to the k04 or would it be useless. i just want 190-200whp. i think thats enough for me.
I would honestly go with the gt2x if i was you. Makes great power at 20psi and up to about 24psi. You can start off with just the turbo and tuning. Then when you get some more money get a fmic and then a new turbo manifold. This will get you your goals and far more usable power than a ko4 will ever be able to. The ko4 just gives you a bigger tq spike and hold power for another 200-300rpms since its takes longer for the spike to drop back off. The gt2x plus tuning will be around $2400 (revo and delphi seimans or genisis injectors, please no green tops injectors or mika tuning) and then close to $3k with a new manifold and fmic.
