Id rather pay an experienced welder $15 tofix it than topay up to 10 times that much for a whole new (used)manifold. If you dont DIY, youll end up paying close to $300 with labor. Not worth it for such a small thing imo.

wait i think i have a similar problem lol. my vac lines on the intake mani... i only have the top one. the bottom nipple seems to be plugged up cause its just a solid threaded rod inplace of the nipple (bought the car this way) any ideas. ill take a pic 2mm too. that is why i have so many T-Splitters running off of the vac lines.

There it is. I attached a vacuum hose to the fpr then gave it enough slack so it could rest snug on whats left of the nipple.. I drove about 30 miles today and had no problems. So it looks like I'll be looking for a welder or new used manifold. thanks for your help!

you need to have a vac line to the fpr for fueling. you will be fine if you just tap into another vac source until you are able to get that fixed and the hole blocked off in some manner
