They did the belt/pump at the same time. Plus, psp, lines and dampner. I'm about payed out. Had I not moved and lost my garage, I would have done it all myself. So, all that work and it stll has an oil leak that I can't live with.

I spoke with the other Audi store in the area. 4.8 hours flat rate for the upper pan on an AHA motor. Which means, that a decent tech should be able to get it done in 3.5 or 4.

 

Can anybody tell me if I have to take off the upper oil pan on my Audi A4 Quattro 2.8 2001 to get to the rod bearings who replacement
