Default vibrating when stopped!

So whenever i stop the car and let it idle say at a red light i feel like a vibration on the car. It feels like its the tranny. My car just recently got the tranny changed and put a new one on. You think this could cause the vibration? Wat else could cause it?

Yeah when i first start mine it vibrates too. i just bought mine so i am very weary of anything that might go wrong. so i watch the tach and it looks like it only vibrates when it idles higher than usual becuz of the cold and the car is warming up. i could be wrong but i think thats what it is. if anyone disagrees let me know so i can check it out if there is a problem.

need some more info here buddy. umm the transmission is new or a used replacement unit? was the torque converter changed as well, shudder and vibration is usually torque converter related. ive seen situations before where wrong bolt was installed in torque converter and put a dent in the casing cuz was too long and cause torque converter clutch to rub in case. as well a clutch that wont fully disengage in the torque converter will cause vibration and maybe even stalling.
