Washer won't pump fluid
Could be your pump, or a line may be cloged. Get another person to listen for the pump while you attmept to spray...Be sure they are in the firing line of the fluid just in case it comes out

I have a 2004 A4 1.8T doing the same thing. It was fuse #37, I think it's labeled intelligence control. Check yours, there's a good chance that it's blown. I replaced mine and it was fine...however it seems to have blown again this morning. I'll have to replace it when I get home.
