but would the brakes be causing the sound when i go around the corner? i dont have the brakes applied when the sound occurs. i just had the front pads replaced like 1000 miles ago but not the back ones and they did look like they were almost done as well.

 

Could easily be a warped rotor, or worn out pad like on the rear. Is the noise coming from the front or rear??? The metal to metal sound you mentioned is typical of brake pads worn down to the metal with no pad left.

 

its hard to tell. the brakes have been making noise for about 1 or 2 now. i was just going to wait until i went back home cause i get all the parts at cost because of connects. thats sound is coming from the rear. kinda sounds like the new sound is coming from the front tho.

 

o and also another sound there sounds like there is water somewhere by the firewall. i can only hear it sometimes but when i give it a little gas in 1st gear it sounds like the waster is sloshing around. doesn't always do this tho. im beginning to hate this car[:@][:'(][>:][&o][&o]

 

well, the best advice I can give, is pull of the front and rear wheels and take a closer look. You dont want to be driving around on bad brakes.

Not sure about the water noise, thats a new one to me, maybe the heater core making noise?
