soo my s4 has this problem ...she makes these noises but only when ambient temps outside are really hot like 90's and above
the noise im talking about is when you turn the steering wheel and get to a certain point it starts too give me this horrid squeking sound kinda like
metal on metal....

any ideas ,thoughts ,or rants would be great lol

are you moving or stationary when the noise happens? Your power steering fluid may be low.

 

Rack and pinion, low fluid, bad pump...

 

How about the serpentine belt and the tensioner is going bad so the belt is loose and it squeaks.

 

hehe no guys its nor a belt sounding squeel..its like a metal on metal sound and yes most of the time when im standing still but sometimes even when im moving....it really gets worse with how hot it is outside
