Default Well its back

I finally got my A4 back. Now after a month on a complete rebuild of the automatic tranny it is ready for the upgrade process. Tranny has some high performance extra's to help with the soon to be added power but nothing to extreme. Looking to go with a bigger turbo and apr chip. Newest thing added have been clear corners, k&n drop in, custom air box, defi gauge, 710n, and custom exhaust. But I am just glad to have it back.

See I am a mechanic but do not work on trannies. So I took it to a friend with aperformace trans shop and said handle it. As he does me on his engine work. He has been doing it for 20+ years I have learned not to ask.

APR doesn't make a chip for the K04. You wil have to get GIAC

well then giac is the way I may have to go but I dont think I am going k04. As far as the tranny he says 400+ but I am not going that high in this car we will save that for the project car (TBA) that my shop is going to do.

I will find out what he did. All I know is he rebuilt the valve body and somehow strengthend the gears and drum assemblies. He also got an upgraded torgue converter from somewhere I will find out. Cost me a whopping $106.00 and company that paid to have it re done $2975.00.
