Well I've found the car I want to get.

It's a '98 A4 1.8t Quattro Manual "Hibiscus Red"

Its only got 63K miles on it. BOSE Audio System. Sport Package.

Mods as follows:
KO4 Upgrade has about 15-20,000 miles on it
GIAC Chip
Miltek Exhaust

Couple Other Notes:
Just had 60K mile service
The timing belt was changed. There was some play in the front control arms, so they
were replaced along with the front tie rods. Front brake pads were alsochanged.

I was wondering What kind of HP can I expect out of the car?

And if/when i get the car what are some other possible mods to it?

 

Prolly around 235 to 250 chp.

how much are they askin for the car? it has good mods. were in chicago are u located?

 

The asking price is 8.5K, and i live about 20 mins from chicago, i go to school at UIC.

 

Sounds like a hell of a deal.

 

FMIC, suspension, brakes, injectors/5 bar regulator if your setup doesn't have them, clutch, DV, whatever. But you should buy it, if you want an A4. It sounds like a sweeeet deal.
