i was just normally driving doown the road and all of a sudden i lose all boost the boost guage reads 4psi when i hit it, and you can the turbo start to spool up but it wont go past that. r these the signs of a blown turbo? anything else you think it could be

 

you are in limp mode, do you have a vag com so you can read the fault codes? Try turning your car off and then on again.

 

i turned it back on and its still not boosting. no i dont have vagcom

year model and mileage would help..any thing else on the car mod wise? are you chipped?

do you hear air coming out of the engine bay somewhere when you hit the gas while parked?

try dissconecting the battery for about 5 min then secure it back up..Make Sure You Have Your Radio Code though!! in the manual

try to diagnose it more.. get a vag com from someone close to your area..use the vag locator and hook it up

Sounds like you have gone into LIMP mode. Get the codes read and cleared. That will likely fix the problem. Other issues could be a bad wastegate or big boost leak.

i got my codes run and the only code it threw was either a blocked hose or leaking hose, and maf dirty or damaged.
wut does this mean
is it probably just a boost leak then. i just hit 95k.
