yeah it is all one piece. I just cut off the ends when I did mine.

I didn't take it off, but i did hook up a pipe to it so air from the bumper goes through it to help cool the radiator.

so what did you do about the rubber piece that the diverter valve is hooked up to on the original intercooler hose?

I got mine at ATPturbo, and I left my pipe in place and the thing the DV is hooked to the turbooutlet i loosened and twisted so if was at the right angle
