will the DIY air box mod work for a 2.8? I decided i would rather soend my money on something else rather then get 2 hp but i was wondering aboyt the DIY.

Just open ur air box and look, and cut out anything that looks restrictive, hehe.

 

dude talk to Jest about changing the air intake. mine's stock. No real benefit to changing it on the ATW ad AEB's. PM me, I'll shoot you the flow rates for both with and without box mods. There's a pont of diminising returns, performnce vs. cost.

 

Im with doose, alls i have is a panel filter with a modified airbox, works great.

 

has anyone done this with a 2.8 or do u guys all have the 1.8T which i have the write up for.

 

It's not going to make any difference.
