Default Winter Blades?

My car went great with snow tiresin the storm the other night here in NE but my wiper blades could not handle the weather.

They clogged up so bad I had to stop many times to clean them off just to last minutes before they loaded up again.

One stop I banged the wiper on the windsheild and sent a piece of the drivers hold down wing flying!...

I called Dover NHAudi world (Dover auto world)and they told meAudihas not offered winter blades in years.

Does anyone know of a great winter blade for my car?

Thanks
Jeff

Just searched around and found Trico has some winter blades. You can do a search on their site and find the part number you need.

Cantdrive55,

Great info thanks!

I'm going to VIP auto to see if they have the Trico winter blades with teflon as on my other cars the winter blades do chatter.

Here's the PN#
37-219 teflon winter blades
27-210 standard winter blades

I'm running Bosch Icons and love them. They are pricey at $26 each though.

I've been using Anco winter blades for years on my cars (they have 'em at Walmart, Advance Auto Parts, and AutoZone). They're about $8-9 each, and I run them year round. Great blades for almost any kind of weather. As a plus, I've run the same ones for over a year at a time without replacing them. Check em out.

autozone had a special going for duralast winter blades. i believe our cars take a 22 and a 21. they were 11 each i think. great price though. i would put a 22 on both sides though.

Thanks guy's

I did buy a set at NAPA and and there 21" long....

Today is test day as we're getting a pretty good storm so I'll report back how they work.

Nic,
Who makes those Aero wipers you have?
