Wouldnt matter cuz i have front trac [:@]
Which by the way I would like to note (not hijack the thread) that with the right tires, I am not unimpressed with the performance in heavy snow/ice. Today was the first time since Ive owned the car that ive been able to really test it out int 5"+ of snow/ice. Not as bad as I thought it was going to be. Didnt have any problems getting around.. Still wished i had quattro the whole time though.

Just to give my 2 cents. I've purchased a Montero Sport 4x4 from a rental car facility and have had no problems in the last 50,000 miles. I don't think people tend to destroy the expensive rental cars AS MUCH. When I rent those lame Ford escorts I drive it like a rally car, but when I rent luxury cars for work I drive them normal.

In this little story lets compare
bar **** = rental car

you pick up this girl at the bar - this girl is the village door **** - every guy in town has had his turn - now are you gonna be nice to this girl and take it slow or are you gonna bang the hell out of her - now after that would you consider taking her home to mom - NO I DON'T THINK SO

problem with rental cars is the ( not knowing the real history because they cheat) but no reason not to buy if your tech minded because the saving is enormous but the sale is bad so dont buy to make a profit
