why does it peak and die out at 4500 kinda sucks

 

Don't know. Could be set up for fast spooling and quick peaks. Says nothing about FMIC, fuel regulator or injector size. temperature increase of fuel could be limiting at higher RPM.

 

because it spools fast it sees "full boost turbulence" when the turbine is spinning its fastest it creats a barrier of some sort. one fix to this is to have the exhaust turbine clipped. You know how boost starts to decrease after a certian rpm? this is the "full boost turbulence" with a clipped turbine this is nonexistant. the turbo makes boost all the way to redline.
