Default '01 Avant top of door not sealing

I have heard about the doors sagging on the sedan. However my door doesn't seem to be sagging, it opens and closes fine but the top of the door dose not close all the way and it creates quite a bit of wind noise. All the weather stripping seems to be fine. I think the window frame may be bent outward?

Looked at it some more today the top of the door (window frame) is definitely bent outward, any ideas how this would happen or how I should go about fixing it?

I would try adjusting the frame, probably just need a little height adjustment. I did that on my A6 sedan and the wind noise has cut down.

Had to put a couple of washers on the rear lower bolt inside the door and it lines up perfectly now. I was amazed at how easily the door panel came off.
