12v power from the trunk?
Hi There,
I have a 2006 A6 and I want to have a power source in the trunk. My car didn't come with a lighter plug in the trunk.
What is the best way to get power there?
There is a fuse box on the left side and the Navigation, TV Tuner, etc on the left.
If it is the fuse box, how?
Thanks!

Are you sure that there is no 12V plug in the trunk? I think the 12V plug in the trunk was standard. In my 05 4.2 the 12V plug is located on the US passenger side alway in the back near the corner with the tail lights.

I looked yeah and there is none! My car is GCC specs as I'm in Dubai.
Also what I'm connecting is a bluetooth receiver (Scosche) that I have hocked to the AV Input in the TV Tuner. I will use it to send music via bluetooth from an ipod in the front. I need to power it.

I don't have DRLs. Also this would throw an error code when the car checks for the lights, correct me if i'm wrong.
I'm already getting some errors after changing the front and having the S6 LEDs instead of my fog lights.
I was thinking of tapping power coming to the TV Tuner or the GPS DVD but I guess this will throw an error as well.

My CD changer is located in the glove compartment in the front. In the back, I have the MMI, TV Tuner, Navi DVD all on the left hand side. On the ride hand side, I have the tool box and a fuse box.
Do you men it will be in the right rear?
