My power seats do work. Just not the memory function. I've checked for corrosion in the switch, it looked good.

 

are you holding the switch on so it remembers the setting (keep pressed till it bleeps)

 

I've never heard a beep out of it. I've held it for up to about ten seconds. When I press the stop button, nothing lights up. I think the button stop should illuminate when it's deactivated.
