I have these three codes n the obd2 and wonder what the smartest way would be to find the problems and fix it. there's also a slight rattle from the engine bay, like something is loose. Goes away over 1000 rpm.

Stop fooling with OBD II and get VAGCom.. that is designed for Audis - you get better info.
