Default 2000 A6 issues

Hi all,
I have a 2000 A6 which has developed some concurrent problems.
Tach is not working, red oil pressure indicator is flashing, ABS light is flashing and brake light stays on.
Also, ABS is not functional when the light is on.
Have checked engine oil level, which is fine.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

Weird....I would first check the connection on the back of the actual cluster because it just sounds like it's not connected properly. There are two screws on the bottom and then you can pull it out usually - i had to push it out from the back (fuse panel is good access). If that's not it, then maybe somebody else will chime in.

edit: here's a decent walkthrough to take it apart http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothrea...49343#41935717. You'll want to check the three connectors on the back: the red, green, and blue.

Thank you so much. I will check that out first.
Then again, I doubt the display by itself would be causing my ABS not to work. It could explain the flashing oil can light on that LCD, though.
