Default 2004 a6 Timing belt replacement schedule?

2004 a6
Audi says 105k on the book with the car, but updated on its website 75k miles.

Wonder if anyone gets to about 100k miles for Audi A6 for which the timing belt has NOT been replaced????

Thanks a lot!

if they do they are playing Russian roulette ...

But as a data point . My neighbour but a 2000 A6 and replaced the timing belt at 150,000km which is about 90,000 miles .. he just recently sold me the car for a thousand dollars with 350,000km on it . On that very same timing belt Because the cost of the belt replacment and Brake Job required was more than the car was worth.
When I replaced the belt I tell you it looked like Brand new and u could still see the Audi info on the belt perfectly.
I wouldn't risk it though ... BTW i did the complete t belt job and complete Brake Job including master cylinder and rotors and flex lines for about 800.00 in parts.

I did my first TB at 94550 and am planning #2 at 180k, which should be the end of next month. I am probably going to have them replace all radiator and heater hoses at the same time as a precaution, and am debating having the vacuum hoses replaced as well.

pp my Rad hoses were in perfect shape on my 2.8 after 350,000 km so may not be money well spent .. but the vacuum lines and plastic vacuum hose .. definitely a good idea ..
