2005 a6 4.2 oil filter location

Can someone tell me where the oil filter location is on my 2005 A6 4.2 its not up near the firewall cowl like someone said is it on the pass side under airbox ?

See the cover with the audi rings under the hood? Pull that panel up and its right under there.
