ORIGINAL: avant80@2.6

its a 2005 car leave it till you get satisfaction, im going for a bad ground fault

she constantly complains about the car hesitating when trying to accelerate quickly while turning right or left into traffic

And my guess is that theres nothing wrong

Is the 3.2 engine turbo? I know with my 2.7T it's a pig until the turbo kicks in. If that is the case with yours, they make a diverter valve that is supposed to help w/ throttle response.

BEYOND HESITATION.....and near death...

We have experienced our new 2 litre diesel A6 stalling at junctions and roundabouts, resulting in near misses with oncomming traffic.
We have told the dealer who claims it is a characteristic of the car! and does not show up as a fault therefore can't be corrected.
Surely no one should accept a dangerous feature and AUDI should recall ALL Audi A6 cars and warn new users of the inherent problem with the car. THe power steering shuts down and it takes several seconds to start the car whilst the oncoming traffic is bearing down on you.

Has anyone else experienced this and had an accident as a result of the problem?. Also can you provide contact names for us to tell and warn of the problem

What we are talking about here is the 3.2FSI engine not a diesel so most will not apply

You could contact Audi and tell them of the problem and tell them where you took your car and they said noting was wrong
