Default 4.2 CHASSIS GROUND

My 2000 A6 4.2 has a few codes, one of which is a possible badchassis to engine ground.
I have found the engine end of the ground but cannot sem to find the chassis end. Does any one know where it is?? BENG

You can make a new one easily enough. Just use cable of the same gauge that is currently grounding your battery, and run it from the battery to a new ground point on the chassis. If it's going to bolt to a painted section, sand/scrape the paint away for a good solid ground contact, and you'll be fine.

No need for a new ground, I just want to find the existing one and clean the connection.
It is the engine to chassis ground I am looking for, not batteryto chassis.. BENG
