OK, I got, I think, a good deal on a 1992 Audi 100CS. The car seems to run fine but the automatic transmission shifts fine for the first 10 minutes of driving, when it's cold, but after the transmission warms up it won't shift into the next gear until about 3500rpms. In addition, once the transmission is warmed up, when slowing down the transmission hesitates and then shifts kind of hard into the lower gear. What do you all think? Anyone had this type of problem?

Definitely the wrong section, and i don't know what to tell you. Sounds like the tranny is starting to go bad, especially given the years.
