Default 98 2.8 not starting

i have a 1998 A6q w/ a 2.8l engine nd 165 thousand miles. now it wont start back up....
for the last month or so before it stopped running it wasnt running the best. kinda hesitating when accelerating, like a stutter. but would eventually ride fine. and then i parked it in the driveway for 5 days and then would not start.

The engine turns over, sounds like the timing is off. kinda like ererererumererereumererer type of sound. Since i dont have a diagnostic tool and live pretty far from a shop to have it scanned i was going from simular forum posts and what they had done to fix it to no avail.

in the last 3 days i have replaced timing belt , water pump , crankshaft position sensor , and i have a camshaft position sensor i have yet to install. I have also read the fuse(15amp) to the ECM(?) is common to blow but i cant locate that either.

Anyone have knowledge for common problems for this situation? My car is lowered and it'd be a real pain in the *** to get it on a trailer n take it to autozone to scan. worse case i buy a scanner but im already on borrowed money

- When you turn the key to "on" position, do you have at least 12 V on the battery gauge?
(maybe the battery is weak)

- Fuel + spark
a) Do you hear the pump priming?
b) When was the last time when you replaced the fuel filter? Did you ever?
c) when was the last time to check your spark plugs?

-Vacuum leak/s

It does have spark. I got a fuel filter to put on but have not installed yet. Bought a OBDII scanner from harbor frieght. it found 5 codes.....

P0158 O2 Sensor Circ.,Bank2-Sensor2 High Voltage
P1141 Load Calculation Cross Check Range/Performance
P1129 fuel bank2 too rich
P1127 fuel bank1 too rich

but would these make it not run?

Disconnect your fuel line and see if your getting fuel.
Fuel pump could have gone, they just don't quit they sort of loose power, stop working, start working, stop working.

Pull the old filter off and have someone turn on the Ignition while it's off. If you do have fuel comming out then next test your pressure.

Is the check engine light on?

Bad O2 sensor can affect fuel mixture. You can disconnect the wiring to the rear O2 sensor going to the driver side and see if it runs better.
