I have been having some problems with my A6Q AHA engine not wanting to start after driving it for some time and then stopping to fill the gas tank or other type of stop. When trying to restart the motor, it will not fire until I have cranked on it for about a 10 second or so period of time. Once it starts, any attempt to accelerate causes it to die. If I let it idle for about 15 to 30 seconds I can then accelerate. However, if the car has been sitting for some time, it starts just fine. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, what was the cause/fix?

Check you fuel pressure. Sounds kinda like a pump going bad.
