Hello to everyone!

I looking for the name of one part in my car,part is in the front of Aircond. some kind pipe as well missing something which keeps that part,seems like it was bend,is not making me problem but is just annoying...
Please if someone knows what part name is and holder for the same?

Sorry i didn't say that is A6 1.9 TDI 130BHP 2001,if someone need more info to help me just ask i will post it?
