my a6 temp light was flashin but temp gauge wasat halfway not movin up. so i procedded home, turned the car off and it proceeded to spill coolant everywhere. no radiator fan turned on.. so today i had read in the forum if the AC is on and both fans run, its not a fan, probably a fuse, relay , switch. ok well both fans RUN when teh AC is on. im not sure where to go from here any help would be great thanks

Find out where the temp light sensor is located, I bet it lights up when chain gets disconnected, could be bad contact. There is also a temp sensor in the radiator or on the hose somewhere that turns the ellectric fan on when too hot. Check that.
