So i heard about this on this forum and Audi world, saw someone on here(can't think of his screen name) that did it for his a6 2001 i think, So i have a 2004 a6 2.7t s-line and i guess i don't have this feature, held down 5, without the key in the car, turn on power to the radio and nothing. Am i doing something wrong? How could a 2001 A6 have this and I don't. I have the symphony Bose 6-changer system. I want to hope i have it and thati am doing this wrong but i read over and over on audi world about it and saw two articles on it and i still can't get to work...anyone have any ideas?

 

If I remember right, the Bose stereos don't have this feature, only the standard symphony stereos do.

really...mmm....interesting...i wonder why they wouldn't put that on the Bose since its an upgraded stereo and i was positive it was on the BOSE systems....

 

Yeah it's not on Symphony II's.
