Hey all I am a brand new owner of a 2000 A6 2.7T w/sport package. The previous owner had the car chipped so it has a little less than 320 horsepower he says . So my question is what sort of upgrades can I do to the car that wont kill the long term reliability of the car (it has 86k on it) and wont destroy my wallet as well. you lucky bastard i just paid 600+ for my chip, since you are not out of pocket for that assuming the previous owner didnt tack on for that, i would go with an exhaust, i have my eye set on the apr, but it is a tad pricey.
you can go with larger diverter valves, but not sure on the performance gains, but that is a pretty inexpensive upgrade.

Yeah it has an APR chip in it so it makes 318HP and 383FT-LBS!!!!! I was thinking a short throw?
