I don't know, but the ad says " 2004 - 2009 AUDI A6 S6 RS6 ALLROAD ". The A6 model changed in '05 in N/America, and a year earlier, '04 in Europe, so the ad is for a C6 Audi, you have a C5. Would I try to fit that wheel on my '01 A6 ? probably not, could you make it fit, if you tried hard enough? .. . maybe. good luck
