Default Anyone have this happen on a 2.7T

I own a 2001 Audi 2.7T with a six speed. Great car, 120,000 miles. Approximately 30,000 mi ago had the water pump and timing belt replaced. Driving home the water pump failed and took out the timing belt which in turn bend the valves.

Do I have any recourse with Audi and the Part?

Also anyone have thoughts on whether to part it out or try to sell it. If sell it what I might be able to get for it.

Probably not, unless the parts and or repair is covered by some type of warranty.
