I have an Audi A6, 2005 C6 BRE engine, diesel, 105K miles in the UK. When the engine has reached its normal operating temp after 5 minutes of drive, it starts to lose power after 2000rpm. I have to drop a gear to get it to go past 2000rpm however it starts to shake as if the engine is mis-firing. When cold it works fine and the turbo does kick in and goes way over the 2000rpm. The MIL is not on.

Using a basic OBD2 scanner no faults are found. Using VAG commander 2.5 I can only get it to read the DTC code by selecting the ABS module (sorry I only used this software for 5 minutes and it's too complicated and also in German ). The DTC codes found are 0522 and 0524 relating to the oil pressure/sensor but once cleared only 0524 came back once. I have cleaned the MAF, EGR valve which was full of soot and cleaned the throttle. Any ideas what is could be?

With no luck with this forum I had to pay for proper diagnostics which came back with 2 bad fuel injectors. May be just the seals. How easy it is to remove them to check the seals?
