Ballpark to replace turbos, water pump, tensioner and timing belt?

The question here is (I believe) what could be done to take advantage of labor overlapping?
-TB (with ALL items)
-turbos
- TC -eventually failing- 15-17 hours.
To do everything with one shot (and avoid repetitive labor down the road) is to pull the engine out.
One could easily spend more $$$ than the resell value of the car is.
Bear in mind that the resell value is this low due to low life expectancy and expensive maintenance.
To keep having the car or to dump it is a personal preference.
