Default C5 S6 radio intermittent power lost

power to the OEM headunit cutting in and out every few minutes. Maybe it is a loose power connection, no work ever done under the dash and it was fine until this morning. Any thought?

The problem went away after a restart. Another forum member experienced the same. The car has been trouble free until today, I am sure the loose nut behind the wheel is to blame when my luck runs out. Thanks.
