Audi A6 The mid-sized Audi A6 model offers more room to the driver and passengers over the A4 line.

Can we install brake pads that come with no sensor?

Why don't you try buying new shims and put anti-squeal in between Mine aren't squealing. I have the bottle of disk brake quiet and spread it on them like jam and they stopped squealing. Try that before you hack up the sensor wires.

I'm going to Audi for mine. This link is for the rear shims I didn't see front try calling them. The shim basically protects the disk brake quiet rubber crap from being worn away. I spread it out on back of the pads put the shim on and leave them to dry then install them. Copy it to your bar.

Update:

I purchased Centric brake pads from thepartsbin.com. Their pictures and their customer service says that the pads do not come with the wear sensors but when mine arrived the did in fact HAVE BRAKE PAD WEAR SENSORS on the front pads.

I got front and back pads for $96.00 shipped!! And they come with shims so I no longer have any squeeling noises.
