Default Brake Pads for 97 A8 ?Sensor Wire?

I am in need of new brake pads for my 1997 A8 Quattro. But when I went
to ECS tuning to purchase them, I'm not sure if I need the ones with
the sensor wire, or without, and what is the square or round connector
that they are talking about? Thanks.

If you turn the wheel all the way to one side you will see a wire coming off the caliper or not. If you have a wire then you have sensors. Follow the wire to the connector. It will be either round or square.
