CLEANING INNER HEADLIGHT

RE: CLEANING INNER HEADLIGHT
There are kits that I have seen where all they sell are the led rings that go around the lights. I dont know how well they look..but thats an option for the xenon question if they dont make the other kind.
And yes to get it apart just use your heat gun around the light, be careful though as not to get it too hot.
Also...why are you cleaning the inside?

I've heard of other guys putting their headlights in the oven at a pretty low temp. to get the glue to soften up so that you can pull the two peices apart. But I have no idea what temp and how long.

I just bought this car and do not know much about its history.
Not sure how it could happen but the inside of the cover is very dirty. heat gun solution sounds good! THANKS BENG
