I think I found the 3 fuses to which you were referring, but there are no relays above them.
The fuses from left to right are 10, 40 and 50 (amps), but I have no relays above them. Do you happen to know the relay number? All the relays have numbers on them, like "247", or "72".

RE: climate control pbm
Finally found the isssue - through giving the car over to the shop (sigh). It took the experts an entire day to track the issue. The wiring diagrams and troubleshooting trees are of no help on this one.
The solution was/is to replace the Solar Panel failover Relay. This is the relay that determines when to let the Solar Panel run the blower motor, and allows the Climate Control Unit to override it when it is turned on. My relay got messed up regarding whether or not to let the blower run from the climate control unit.
