Hi,

I have an A6 2002 auto and my temp gauge on the climate control gets stuck on -50. The problem with this is it causes the heating to go full heat as it thinks its so cold outside.

Does anybody know what it can be? Gather its a sensor or something like that?

It doesn't happen every time I use the car. It happens every couple of weeks and lasts about 3 days....then corrects itself.
