Default Codes 1136 & 1138

Ok....another problem. I am getting the check engine light on and the codes read P1136 and P1138 on the obd 2 tool. Also it says fuel air metering or something like that on the OBD. I have changed the fuel air lines and also the Mass air flowsensor but the check engine light is still coming on. Please help.

Its saying that both banks are running lean, if you already changed the MAF sensor then you have a large vaccum leak somewhere.

I do know of one of the latches that hold the air filter in its place that i'm not able to get snapped down. Would that cause it? It seems to be air tight but I guess it could be the problem. The boot doesn't look like it has any holes in it but I'll check again. Thanks.

No nothing around the air filter will cause a vaccum leak, anything after the MAF sensor (un-metered air) is a vaccum leak. I air is being sucked into the engine and the MAF sensor doesn't see it will throw a lean fault code. Small little vaccum lines and vaccum check valves are the most common cause.
