well your first step would be DV ... then if u want a cost effective mod id really go with the chip you arent going to notice a HP difference from just vast piggies

Good advice. I probably would get the chip first anyway, then DV's and then the piggies. Maybe exhaust after all that.

well id really get the dvs b4 the chip bc they are an important part of the stock system

Piggies are great for torque and also reliability as the reduce the heat build up behind the turbos.
However, you'll ponly see their full potential when chipped IMO.

APR chip rocks, very powerful but drives like stock... real smooth so perfect for an A6. GIAC is more aggressive in driving style and on the trubos. Aren't theyputting out 1.2 bar vas 1.0 for APR?
I like APR, they are reliable, wel known and offer the cruise contrpol program change.

When you chip, get ready to chnage moe coil packs

Gigi, when you say "When you chip, get ready to change more coil packs " what do you mean? is this something that should be done at the time I am chipping? Also what plugs and what gap?
