Hi I am trying to repair a problem with my daughters 96 a6 quattro, the defrosters dont work, no air blowing out of them only out of the center ducts, cant find any vac hoses so i assume it (the door actuator is electrically operated) does anyone know how to check it and where it is any help or access to a service manuel would be appeciated. Thank You
