Hello. 1999 A6. So both fobs do not work. Replaced batteries and reprogrammed. Also. Purchased a new factory fob and same issue. History- fob one day did not work. I reprogrammed and it worked. Then it just stopped next day and not responding to programming. I checked the comfort control module located under driver footwell. No moisture or pins lose. Fuses check out fine.

Any other recommendations? Is there a relay or fuse under the dash or engine compartment i missed. All functions work with key in door lock. Alarm is armed when locked manually, windows close and open with key. Everything in car functions except the remote fob.
