I need to replace Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor on my 2001 Audi A6 2.7T Twin Turbo,
can anybody tell me where that sensor is located in the engine compartment. Thanks

 

I helped a friend replace his on his 2.7 about a year ago....i believe it's on the driver's side near the firewall. it should be facing upwards....you'll need to remove the coolant reservoir out of the way to get to it.
