Question Finishing Timing Belt Replacement 99 A6 2.8L

Good Afternoon,

Just about ready to wrap up replacing the timing belt on my sons 1999 A6 Quatro.

With the crank pin locking it at TDC and the timing bar in place keeping the cams at TDC... I have routed the timing belt... The cam sprockets are snug but able to turn them...

I assume I pull the pin on the tensioner and let the belt tighten up... Once tight, I will torque the cam gears then turn the engine a few revolutions by hand to see if all appears to be in order.

Did I miss anything>

Thanks

Pretension the tensioner. I forget the exact torque, but you can search the forum for that. Then torque the sprockets and hand crank a few revolutions.
