Default Flat Tire NEED HELP PLEASE

I have a 2001 A6 4.2 and I am trying to change a flat tire. I pulled off all the 5 lug nuts. However, the tire won't come out. Am I missing something here? Are there more lug nuts that need to come out?

Will appreciate your help!

Nope, no more lugs to come out. Just shove, kick, do whatever to get it to come off.

Next time you change or rotate your tires, put a little lithium grease where the wheel mounts over the axle stub. It sounds like you had some rust.

I have had this same problem with my A4 and my A6, Seems like a common Audi issue. Amazingly I've never had this happen with any other car I've owned and it's been a lot of cars.

Sit on your butt facing the tire and just kick the crap out of it. It has siezed to the hub and you just have to fight with it.

Good luck and have fun, just know that it will eventually break free. One thing that helped was I sprayed WD40 and let it sit for a while.

I have owned many commercial and non commercial vehicles that require that little law of physics...it's called sit down and kick the crap out of it! Works every time. Or you can use a mini sledge against the rubber side wall…but where’s the fun in that.
