I have been looking for a FMIC for three weeks now for my 2002 A6 2.7T and i cant find one. Does any one have any ideas?

Basically you will need to customize something. I dont know of any company that sells a "bolt on" kit. I do know that most people will tell you that unless you have k04's w/agressive tuning, your stock ones are fine. Even then you would more than likely just upgrade to the rs4 coolers. With that said I would be interested in seing what you come up with...
